How to Use
- At the first sign of any symptoms such as drainage at the back of the throat, scratchy throat, or sinus pressure: Place 1 drop under your tongue. Repeat in 3-4 hours for the first day or two, typically the symptoms will abate. For severe viruses, symptoms may not abate but become less severe and shorter duration.
- If a virus is well underway, taking Stay Well in the above manner for as many days as needed may decrease the severity and duration of symptoms.
- Use as needed. For chronic symptoms, reapply every 3-4 hours.
- For children who may not tolerate a drop under the tongue, apply a drop on the child’s palms and arches of feet.
Tips & Tricks
- For earaches, put a drop on your little finger and spread it in the ear canal as far as you can reach. Also, apply a drop in front of and behind the ear in a U-shaped motion. Feel the increased circulation as your natural immune system heals the issue.
- Use in conjunction with Chest Balm if lungs are congested.
